Concealed Shower Sets Complete Kits, One Supplier
Valve body, trim plate, overhead rain head, and hand shower — cast, machined, finished, and assembled in-house. One supplier, one quality system, one set of test reports for your compliance team.
Product Overview
What a Concealed Shower Set Is — and Where It Sits in Our Range
A concealed shower set is a complete, coordinated package: the in-wall rough-in valve body, the trim plate and handle that cover the wall opening, an overhead rain shower head, and a hand shower with slide bar and hose. Everything ships together, matched in finish and designed to install as a single system. The buyer gets one SKU, one carton, one set of certifications — not four separate components sourced from different suppliers that may or may not align in finish tone or thread spec.
Within our concealed shower systems range, the set occupies a specific position. If you need just the valve body and trim — no overhead head, no hand shower — that's our concealed shower mixer. If your project requires precise temperature control with a thermostatic cartridge, that's our concealed thermostatic shower mixer. The concealed shower set is the complete-package SKU: everything a bathroom installation needs, pre-matched and pre-certified, ready to list or specify.
One SKU, One Carton
All components ship together in a single matched kit. One product photo, one spec sheet, one SKU to manage — a cleaner retail listing and a higher per-unit price point.
One Set of Certifications
CE, cUPC, and WaterMark test reports cover the complete system. Your compliance team gets one document package, not separate reports for each component from separate suppliers.
Simplified Bill of Materials
For contractors and project procurement teams, one line item covers the entire shower system. Components are guaranteed to fit together because they came out of the same factory.

Valve Body Material
Cast in C36000-equivalent free-machining brass — the same alloy used across our full faucet range. We evaluated zinc alloy bodies for a cost-reduction exercise and rejected it: zinc corrodes faster in chlorinated water systems, and the long-term warranty exposure in export markets isn't worth the material savings.
CNC Machining Tolerance
After casting, the body goes through CNC machining where valve seat threads are held to ±0.05mm tolerance. That tolerance is what prevents drip failure in the field — a loose valve seat is the most common source of post-installation leaks, and leaks generate warranty claims that eat margin.
In-House Finish Consistency
All five finishes — chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, PVD gold, oil-rubbed bronze — run on our in-house surface lines. The overhead head, hand shower, slide bar, and trim plate all go through the same plating bath on the same day. Finish consistency is controlled by one team, not farmed out to three subcontractors running slightly different bath chemistry.

Compliance & Market Access
Certifications: What's Tested, What's Covered, What Markets It Opens
Certification is the difference between a product that clears customs and one that gets held at the port. The concealed shower set ships with documentation for the markets our wholesale and OEM customers actually sell into. Below is what's covered and what each certificate means for your business.
North America
cUPC / ASME A112.18.1
Required for sale in the US and Canada through licensed plumbing distributors and big-box retail. The valve body and cartridge are tested to ASME A112.18.1 / CSA B125.1 for pressure, temperature, and endurance. Without this, your US customers can't pull a permit.
North America
NSF/ANSI 61 & 372
NSF 61 covers drinking water system components — material safety, not just mechanical performance. NSF 372 is the lead-free compliance standard (≤0.25% weighted average lead content). Both are required in California, Vermont, Maryland, and Louisiana, and increasingly expected by spec writers nationwide.
Europe
CE Marking
CE declaration of conformity covers the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) and relevant EN standards for sanitary fittings. Required for sale across EU member states and accepted in most EEA markets. Supplied with the technical file on request.
Europe
WRAS (UK)
Water Regulations Advisory Scheme approval is required for fittings connected to the UK mains water supply. WRAS listing is what UK merchants and M&E contractors check before they'll stock or specify a product. Available on select models — confirm at time of order.
Australia / NZ
WELS / AS 3718
Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards scheme registration is mandatory for regulated fittings sold in Australia. AS 3718 covers tap ware performance. Both are required for import clearance and retail listing with major AU distributors.
Documentation
Test Reports & CoC
Third-party lab test reports and Certificates of Conformity are available for all active certifications. If your market requires a specific standard not listed here, contact us — we've run custom certification programs for OEM customers entering new markets before.
Need Cert Docs for Your Compliance Team?
We can provide test reports, CoC letters, and technical files for any active certification. Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days for standard documentation requests.
OEM & Private Label
Your Brand on a Factory-Certified Concealed Shower Set
The concealed shower set is one of our most-requested OEM platforms. The valve body, trim plate, and all visible components are designed for private label from the ground up — handle geometry, trim plate profile, and finish can all be modified without retooling the rough-in valve body, which keeps NRE costs low.
If you're a wholesale brand, a plumbing distributor building a house line, or a developer specifying a signature fixture for a multi-unit project, this is the path that gets you a differentiated product without the lead time and capital of a ground-up development program.
Discuss OEM Options
Custom Branding
Logo engraving or embossing on trim plate and handle. Neutral or branded packaging. Custom part numbers and barcode labeling for your warehouse system.
Trim & Handle Customization
Trim plate shape, handle style, and escutcheon profile can be modified using existing tooling variants or new tooling. We'll advise on what's achievable within your MOQ and timeline.
Kit Configuration Control
Choose which components ship in the set. Some customers want valve + trim only; others want the full set with a specific rain head size. We build to your BOM, not a fixed catalog configuration.
Certification Transfer Support
We've supported OEM customers through cUPC, CE, and WELS certification transfers under their own brand name. We provide the technical file; your team submits to the lab. We can also manage the process end-to-end for an additional fee.
MOQ & Lead Time
Standard OEM MOQ starts at 200 sets per finish per configuration. Lead time for first production run with custom branding is typically 45–60 days from approved sample. Repeat orders run on standard production lead time.
NDA & Exclusivity
We sign NDAs as standard for OEM programs. Regional exclusivity on custom configurations is available for qualifying volume commitments. Ask about our exclusivity tiers when you reach out.

Certifications This Product Ships With
The concealed shower set carries the same certification stack as our full concealed shower range. Documentation travels with the shipment so your compliance team has what it needs without chasing it separately.
CE Certification
European conformity, covering pressure performance and material safety. Required for sale and distribution across EU member states.
cUPC Certification
North American plumbing code compliance; required for sale in most US and Canadian markets. The critical certification for North American buyers — test reports travel with shipment documentation.
WaterMark Certification
Australian standards compliance (AS/NZS 3718). Covers the valve body and trim assembly. If your project spec requires WaterMark on the shower head as well, confirm this at inquiry.
ISO 9001:2015
Quality management system covering the full production process — from raw material intake through final inspection and shipment.
SGS
Third-party audit and test reports available on request. Independent verification of material and performance claims.
Entering a New Market?
If you're unsure which certifications your import clearance requires, send us the destination country — we'll tell you what we hold and what's available on request.
cUPC: What the Qualification Process Actually Required
For North American buyers, cUPC is the critical certification. The qualification process required us to qualify our brass alloy for lead content compliance and validate our valve seat tolerances against ASME A112.18.1 performance standards.
Those controls are now baked into every production run — not just the batches destined for North America. Your cUPC test reports travel with the shipment documentation so your customs broker and compliance team have the data without requesting it separately.
WaterMark: Full-Kit Coverage for Australian Projects
WaterMark certification covers the valve body and trim assembly. If your project spec requires WaterMark on the shower head as well, confirm this at inquiry — we can provide the relevant documentation for the full kit.
How the Valve Body Is Made: The Part That Determines Field Performance
Most product pages describe what a concealed shower set looks like. We'd rather explain what determines whether it performs for five years or fifteen — because that's what drives your return rate.
Gravity Casting vs. Die Casting: Why It Matters
The valve body is cast in one piece from C36000-equivalent brass. Gravity casting, not die casting. We use gravity casting for the body because it produces a denser, more uniform grain structure than die casting — fewer micro-voids in the wall, which means better pressure integrity over time.
Die casting is faster and cheaper, and some factories use it for concealed valve bodies. We don't, because the failure mode — slow seepage through a micro-void that wasn't visible at final inspection — shows up 18 months after installation, not at the port. By then, the warranty claim is yours to handle.
CNC Machining: ±0.05mm Valve Seat Tolerance
After casting, the body goes to CNC machining. The valve seat interface is the critical dimension: we hold the thread tolerance to ±0.05mm. The cartridge seats against this surface, and if the tolerance is loose, the ceramic disc doesn't seal cleanly under thermal cycling.
Competitor comparison: We've seen competitor product with valve seat tolerances in the ±0.15mm range — it passes a static leak test at the factory, but the seal degrades faster under repeated hot-cold cycling.
500,000-Cycle Endurance Testing — Every Production Batch
Our cartridges are endurance-tested at 500,000 open/close cycles on every production batch, not just on new product introductions. The test report is in the shipment documentation.
Ceramic Disc Cartridge: Supplier Qualification Protocol
The cartridge itself is a ceramic disc assembly sourced from qualified suppliers. We run a 50,000-cycle pre-qualification test on any new cartridge supplier before they enter production.
We've removed two suppliers from our approved list over the years after their product showed early failure rates in our endurance testing. The cartridge that ships in your order is the same spec that passed our qualification protocol.
Why Valve Body Quality Is Your Price-Point Argument
For buyers selling into markets where after-sales service is a competitive differentiator — hospitality procurement, high-end residential development, project contractors with long-term maintenance contracts — the valve body quality is the argument you make to justify a higher price point.
A concealed valve that needs to be replaced means opening the wall. That's a cost your downstream customer will remember.
Finish Options and What They Mean for Your Market Positioning
Five finishes run in-house. Each has a different market profile — and because all components come from the same factory with matched finishes, you're not managing a color-match problem between your valve supplier and your shower head supplier.
Chrome
Volume Finish
Lowest landed cost, widest market acceptance, easiest to specify in mixed-brand projects. Our chrome runs a copper/nickel/chrome electroplating stack — the nickel mid-coat is what gives it corrosion resistance.
Salt Spray Performance
Minimum 24-hour salt spray; most batches clear 48 hours. Skipping the nickel mid-coat is a common cost-cutting move in the industry — we don't do it.
Brushed Nickel
North American Residential & Light Commercial
Slightly higher price point than chrome, good margin for distributors. We run brushed nickel through the same multi-layer stack as chrome, with a mechanical brushing step before the final nickel coat to create the directional texture.
Market Fit
Strong in North American residential and light commercial. Consistent demand across mid-market residential specification projects.
Matte Black
Fastest-Growing Export Finish
The fastest-growing finish in our export mix over the last three years. Strong in European and Australian markets, increasingly in North American premium residential. PVD-applied matte black holds its color better than painted or electroplated black.
Why PVD Matters Here
No yellowing under UV, no chipping at edges. We've had buyers switch from a painted-black supplier after their downstream customers reported color shift within 12 months. PVD doesn't do that.
PVD Gold
Hospitality & High-End Residential
Higher unit price, higher margin, lower volume. Our PVD line runs 0.3–0.5μm coating thickness with cross-cut adhesion testing on every batch.
Why Adhesion Testing Matters
PVD gold that delaminates at a corner edge is a visible failure that generates returns. Cross-cut adhesion testing on every batch is the control that prevents that.
Oil-Rubbed Bronze
North American Traditional Residential
Niche but consistent demand in North American traditional-style residential. Lower volume than the other four, but buyers who need it need it specifically — it's not substitutable with brushed nickel.
Availability
Available across the full component set: trim plate, handle, overhead head, hand shower, and slide bar. Finish consistency controlled in-house.
Finish Consistency Across All Five Components

Market Segments Where This Product Moves
The concealed shower set is specified across four distinct buyer types. Each has different volume requirements, certification priorities, and reorder patterns — here's how the product fits each one.
Highest-Volume Segment
Hospitality and Hotel Fit-Out Procurement
Hotel projects specify complete systems — not individual components — because the bill of materials needs to be clean and the installation needs to be fast. A 200-room hotel fit-out is 200 identical sets, often with a custom finish or branded trim plate.
We handle OEM customization from 200 pieces, which is low enough for a boutique property developer to test a custom spec before committing to a full project run.
OEM MOQ
From 200 pieces
Reorder Pattern
Repeat orders, minimal re-qualification
Volume Segment
Residential Development and Construction Supply
Developers buying for 50-unit or 100-unit residential projects want a certified, consistent product at a competitive landed cost — not the cheapest thing available, but not a premium brand either. The concealed shower set sits in the right price band for mid-market residential specification.
The cUPC/CE/WaterMark certification stack means it clears import compliance in North America, Europe, and Australia without surprises.

Category Building
Plumbing and Bathroom Product Distributors
Distributors building a concealed shower category benefit from the complete-set SKU structure. One SKU covers the full installation — easier to stock, easier to sell, easier to train your sales team on. The five finish options let you build a range without managing five separate supplier relationships.
Because all components come from the same factory with matched finishes, your customers don't call you about a trim plate that doesn't match the shower head.

Private Label
OEM Buyers and Private-Label Brands
OEM buyers and private-label brands use our concealed shower set as the base for their own branded product lines. We can modify the trim plate profile, add a logo, change the handle design, or adjust the shower head diameter to match your catalog spec.
If you're building a concealed shower line under your own brand, this is the starting point.

North American HS Code Classification & Binding Ruling Support
For North American shipments, we prepare the HS code classification. For buyers who need a binding ruling reference for customs pre-clearance, we can provide supporting documentation. We've been shipping to US and Canadian ports since 2010 and have worked through most of the classification questions that come up for concealed shower products.
Sourcing Confidence: What Holds Across a 500-Unit Run
The question we hear from new buyers is some version of: "The sample looks good — but will the 500-unit production run match it?" It's a fair question, and the honest answer is: yes, because the same process controls that produced the sample run on every production batch.
Dedicated Production Line
One of 6 product-family-specific lines
Our concealed shower assembly runs on a dedicated line. The assemblers on that line work concealed shower systems every day — they know the torque spec for the cartridge seat, the gap tolerance on the trim plate, and the flow rate check at final inspection. They're not switching context between kitchen faucets and shower valves on the same shift.
Export Production Since 2010
Proven track record with repeat buyers
The buyers who've been ordering for three or more years — and most of our regular accounts have — reorder because the product that arrives in container 12 matches container 1. That consistency is the commercial argument for staying with one supplier rather than re-qualifying a new one every cycle.
In-Process Inspection Checkpoints
In-process inspection runs at three checkpoints before final outgoing inspection covers every unit.
Post-Casting Dimensional Check
Verifies casting geometry and wall thickness against tooling spec before machining begins.
Post-Machining Thread Gauge Verification
Thread gauges confirm all threaded ports and seats meet spec before the valve body moves to plating.
Post-Plating Visual and Adhesion Inspection
Visual inspection and adhesion check on every plated component before assembly.
Final Outgoing Inspection — Every Unit
- Handle torque verification
- Flow rate at rated pressure
- Leak test at 0.6 MPa for 60 seconds
Salt Spray Testing
Statistical sample from every batch. 24 hours minimum; 48 hours on new finish batches or new plating line runs.
Test Reports
Salt spray test reports travel with the shipment. Documentation is included in every container, not available on request.
Repeat Buyer Logic
Container 12 matches container 1. Consistency eliminates the cost of re-qualifying a new supplier every procurement cycle.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions importers, distributors, and project buyers ask before placing a first order.
What's the difference between a concealed shower set and a concealed shower mixer?
A concealed shower mixer is the valve body and trim only — it controls water temperature and flow, but doesn't include an overhead head or hand shower. A concealed shower set is the complete package: valve, trim, overhead rain head, hand shower, slide bar, and hose.
If you're supplying a complete bathroom installation or a hospitality fit-out where the buyer wants one SKU per shower, the set is the right product. If your buyer is specifying components separately or already has a shower head, the mixer is the right product.
We cover both — see our concealed shower mixer page for the valve-only option.
What certifications does the concealed shower set carry for North American import?
The valve body and trim assembly carry cUPC certification, which covers ASME A112.18.1 performance requirements and lead content compliance under NSF/ANSI 61. This is the certification your customs broker and state plumbing inspectors will ask for.
Test reports are included in the shipment documentation. If your project requires additional state-level compliance documentation, contact us — we've handled California, New York, and Canadian provincial requirements before.
Can the rough-in valve body be installed in an existing wall cavity, or does it require new construction?
The standard rough-in depth is 60–80mm wall cavity. This fits most new construction and renovation projects with standard stud-wall construction.
For tile-over-concrete or thin-wall installations where the cavity is shallower than 60mm, confirm the wall depth before ordering — the valve body casting tooling sets the minimum depth, and we can't modify it without new tooling. We recommend your installer verify the rough-in depth against the product data sheet before the tile work is done.
We've seen projects where the tile contractor tiled before the plumber confirmed the rough-in depth — it's an expensive mistake to fix.
What is the MOQ for a custom finish or private-label concealed shower set?
Standard Catalog Finishes
200 pcs
Chrome, brushed nickel, matte black, PVD gold, oil-rubbed bronze
Lead time: 25–35 days
Custom Trim / New Tooling
500 pcs
Custom trim plate profiles or handle designs requiring new tooling
Tooling cost quoted separately. Lead time: 35–50 days from tooling confirmation
Private Label Branding
200 pcs
Logo on trim plate or packaging, existing configurations
No tooling cost. Lead time: 25–35 days
How does the 3-way diverter configuration work, and when should I specify it?
The standard set ships with a 2-way diverter: overhead rain head and hand shower, switched by the diverter control. The 3-way configuration adds a third outlet — typically a body jet or a second overhead head — controlled by a separate diverter handle.
Specify the 3-way configuration when your project includes a body jet panel or when the bathroom design calls for two independent overhead zones.
The 3-way valve body is a different casting from the 2-way — confirm the configuration at order, not after production starts.
See our 3-way concealed shower mixer page for the valve-only version of this configuration.
What lead time should I plan for a first order?
Standard Catalog Configurations
25–35 days
From order confirmation to container loading
OEM Orders with New Tooling
35–50 days
From tooling drawing confirmation
We schedule production in 4-week windows and don't push orders back to accommodate larger buyers' rush orders — if your order is in the queue, it ships in the window we committed to.
For buyers planning a seasonal launch or a project deadline, confirm your target ship date at inquiry so we can schedule accordingly.
Get a Quote for Concealed Shower Sets
Send us your target configuration — finish, diverter type, overhead head size, connection standard, and volume — and we'll come back with a detailed quote, product data sheet, and, if relevant, a recommendation on which configuration fits your market best.
Most new buyers in this category start with a sample order to verify finish consistency and installation fit before committing to a full container. We can ship samples within the standard lead time.
