Before You Fill Out the Form
We've been quoting faucet orders since 2008 — kitchen faucets, bathroom faucets, shower valves, concealed systems, filter faucets, and components. Most of our buyers are distributors, importers, or project procurement teams sourcing to resell or deploy at scale.
The more specific you can be about quantity, destination market, and finish preference, the more accurate the first quote. That said, approximate is fine — "around 2,000 units, probably chrome and brushed nickel, shipping to the US" is enough to get a real number back. We'll ask follow-up questions if we need them.
What slows a quote down most
Not knowing the destination market. cUPC for North America, CE for Europe, and WaterMark for Australia each have different documentation requirements that affect pricing. Include your destination market and we can quote accurately on the first pass.
If you're sourcing OEM or ODM — a custom design, a private label run, or an existing product you want adapted — note that in the requirements field and attach a reference image or drawing if you have one. Our R&D team handles those inquiries directly, and the first response will include a feasibility note alongside the pricing estimate.
